Who you're buying from
Allsortery (allsortery.com) is run by Yolleg Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. Email: [email protected].
What we sell
We sell a changing mix of things: one-off finds, spare stock and odds and ends, some new and some used. Each item's page shows its condition (New, Like new, Used – good, Used – fair or For parts), photos and a description. We describe used items honestly, including any marks, wear or faults. Photos are of the actual item unless we say otherwise.
Prices and postage
Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is shown on each item and in your basket: for an order with several items you pay only the highest postage once. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Your order
When you check out, the items are held for you for 30 minutes while you pay. Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through and we email your order confirmation. If for any reason we can't send something you've paid for, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. We usually post orders within 2 working days. The item is your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us. See Delivery & returns.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected], then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price and the standard postage you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving evidence that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner, using the same payment method. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty or not as described. We may reduce the refund if the item's value has gone down because it was handled more than was needed to check it.
Faulty or not as described
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. For used goods, satisfactory quality takes into account the item's age and the condition we described: wear or faults we told you about are not grounds for a claim, and items sold "For parts" are sold as not working or incomplete. If something is faulty or not as described, you can reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including postage; after that we'll repair, replace or refund as the law provides.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We're not responsible for business losses: our goods are sold for personal use.
Everything else
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
