Allsortery is run by Yolleg Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ ("we"). We're the controller of the personal details described here. Questions: [email protected].

What we keep when you order

Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if you give one), what you bought, what you paid, and when we posted it (with the tracking number). Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card number.

Why

• To take payment for your order, post it to you, and handle returns and refunds (to carry out our contract with you).
• To keep order records for tax and accounting (a legal obligation).
• To reply when you email us (our legitimate interest in helping you).

We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell your details.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, which processes your payment.
• Twilio SendGrid, which delivers our order emails (your name, email address and order details).
• Royal Mail or the courier we post your parcel with (your name and address).
• hosting.com, our web host, and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the website.

Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the legal safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own simple, cookie-free statistics: the page you viewed, the website that sent you (if any), your country and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. To count unique visitors without cookies we use an anonymous code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you; we don't store your IP address. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. We don't use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies and your basket

The shop doesn't set any cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back; it isn't sent to us until you go to the checkout, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your basket. Stripe's checkout pages use their own cookies to take payment securely and prevent fraud. The only cookie on this website is a sign-in cookie for our own shop admin area, which customers never see.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year of the order, as UK tax law requires, and then deleted. Emails you send us are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact. Our web host's security logs are kept for a short time only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, or to restrict or object to how we use them, by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within a month. Some order details must be kept for tax even if you ask us to delete them. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
